Job description: 1, according to the company's development strategic planning, formulate the company's annual, quarterly and monthly product R & D plan and organize its implementation, reasonably control the R & D cost; 2, draw up new product development plan, process plan, and work according to the development plan; 3, new product progress tracking understanding, timely solve technical difficulties; 4, assist sales personnel and customers in technical exchanges and answers at all levels (business and technical realization); 5. Application, tracking and maintenance of the company's special product patents; 6, be responsible for the establishment of the R & D team and personnel training, and improve the design and R & D ability of the members; 7. Suggestions and guidance for solving abnormal quality and technical difficulties.
Qualifications: 1, 28-45 years old, gender is not limited, college degree or above; 2, with more than 10 years of research and development design related work experience, more than 5 years of electric vehicle, motorcycle molding research and development, design management experience; 3. Proficient in the industry standards of electric vehicles and motorcycles, and effectively grasp the needs of customers. 4, have strong project management and coordination ability, good team spirit and communication ability; 5, can withstand strong work pressure, work with passion, full of creativity and sense of responsibility;
