Job description: 1, according to the company's operation and management objectives and tasks, organize technical forces to solve technical problems, technical management problems, establish a technical management system, propose decision-making suggestions to company leaders on major technical issues; 2. Be responsible for the stability and promotion of the finished product rate, and guide, handle, coordinate and solve technical problems in the production process in a timely manner, ensure the normal operation of production work and the solution of technical problems in customer complaints, and improve product quality and customer satisfaction; 3. Track the whole process of product production and manufacturing, and conduct on-site technical support and analysis, and effectively carry out quality control; 4, responsible for the guidance and training of production operators, to ensure the smooth operation of process quality in the process of product production; 5, continuous improvement and innovation, the new process, the new technology is applied to the actual production, carrying out feasibility analysis, compiling technical transformation plan and providing relevant support such as technical disclosure and installation in the implementation process.
Qualifications: 1, 25-45 years old, male, college degree or above, major in mold design and manufacturing; 2, more than five years working experience in mold design, development and manufacturing, with electric vehicles, working experience in motorcycle related industries is preferred; 3, familiar with mechanical product design, have rich experience in assembly technology; 4, have strong learning and communication skills, teamwork spirit. 5, have a high sense of responsibility, work seriously and responsibly, obey the work arrangement, good conduct, can bear hardships and stand hard work.
